Do you accept new patients?
Yes, we're always welcoming new patients and their families. Book online or call us and we'll find you a time within the week.
Do you bulk bill with Medicare or accept health funds?
We are not a bulk-billing practice, but we accept all major health funds including Medibank, Bupa, NIB, HCF, and CBHS. HICAPS is available at the chair so you only pay the gap.
What happens at a check-up appointment?
A standard check-up runs 45–60 minutes. We take X-rays (frequency depends on your history), complete a full oral health exam, and do a scale and clean with your hygienist.
Are you open on Saturdays?
Yes — the clinic is open Saturday 8am–1pm. Evening appointments are available Monday and Wednesday until 7pm.
I have a dental phobia. Can you help?
Absolutely. We've helped hundreds of anxious patients. We offer a dedicated 'anxiety appointment' with Dr. Hardwick before any treatment — just to talk, ask questions, and see the space. No pressure.
