Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Foundation Program clients arrive at every fitness level — the first session is an assessment, not a workout. We build from where you are.
Where is the studio?
Level 1, 42 Curlewis Street, Bondi NSW 2026. Five-minute walk from Bondi Beach, metered parking on Campbell Parade.
How many clients do you take?
We cap at 28 active clients per coach. That number is intentional — every client gets a program built for them, not a template.
What equipment do you have?
Full commercial rack system, eleiko barbells, dumbbells to 60kg, sleds, rowers, ski erg, and a turf lane. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Can I do a trial session?
Yes — a single 60-minute assessment session is $120 and counts as full credit toward any program. Book via the button below.
