A few things worth knowing before you book.
Do I need to book in advance?
For colour and balayage services, yes — chairs fill two to three weeks out on weekends. Cuts can often be booked the same week.
What does the loyalty membership include?
15% off every service, priority waitlist access, and a complimentary Olaplex treatment twice a year. $49 annually.
Do you offer colour correction consults before booking?
Absolutely. Naomi takes a 20-minute paid consult ($30, redeemable on the service) so you walk in with a plan, not a hope.
Is parking easy?
Two-hour street parking on Church Street, or the Westfield car park behind the arcade. We're a 90-second walk from Parramatta Station.
