The brief
Where they started.
Priya wanted a website she could put on a flyer without cringing. The reality: nobody finds a cafe via a flyer anymore.
Folk + Filter had no site, just an Instagram with intermittent posts. Google was pulling the wrong opening hours from a deprecated MyBusiness listing. Walk-ins were strong on weekends but soft on weekdays.
The build

The result
What changed.
The site shipped on a Friday. The Saturday queue grew by 30 minutes the next day. By month two, Tuesday and Wednesday covers were up 22%.
