aibuiltmysite (“we”, “us”) is a Sydney-based service operated under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). For privacy enquiries email [email protected].

2. What we collect

• Contact details (name, email, phone, business name) when you submit a brief or contact form.
• Brief content (industry, location, services, brand details) used to build your draft.
• Payment metadata (subscription plan, last 4 digits of card, Stripe customer ID). Card numbers are never stored on our servers — Stripe handles them under PCI DSS Level 1.
• Operational data (IP address, browser type) for security and basic analytics.

3. How we use it

• To build, deliver, and host your website.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To send transactional email (receipts, draft links).

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Where it lives

Production data is hosted on Cloudflare (Australian edge). Payment data is held by Stripe. Analytics, where enabled, runs through PostHog with anonymised pageview data.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. We respond within 30 days, normally inside one business day.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security and session management. We don’t use advertising cookies.

7. Updates

When we update this policy we publish it on this page with a new last-updated date. Material changes are also emailed to active subscribers.
