Where they started.

Josh runs a two-van plumbing crew out of Newcastle. The old site was a Facebook business page and a half-broken Wix.

Phone calls were trickling in via word-of-mouth. Anyone who Googled the business hit a half-finished page with no after-hours info, no service area, and no obvious way to call. Trust was leaking before the first ring.

  • Reviews block sourced direct from existing Google profile
  • Schema markup for LocalBusiness + Plumber so the Knowledge Panel filled in
